One: Store all your food and drinks in glass or ceramic containers.

Four: For dishwashing use phosphate free detergents

Five: For general household cleaning, avoid using antibacterials

Six: Eat only organic grass-fed meats.

Seven: Eat organic foods to avoid pesticides.

Eight: Avoid canned foods. Eat fresh or frozen.
